Workshop Lead By
Sara Goldstein | The Bougie Baker
Founder, Bake Love to Me
Born and raised on the Upper West Side of New York City, Sara Goldstein — known to her clients and followers as The Bougie Baker — has built a luxury wellness brand that’s as unapologetic as it is transformative. Her company, Bake Love to Me, is dedicated to redefining indulgence through all-organic, naturally sweetened creations that prove you don’t need refined sugar to live deliciously.
After facing severe health challenges — from kidney failure and PCOS to high cholesterol and a broken back — Sara completely transformed her body and life in just six months through food and lifestyle changes. That journey sparked a mission: to make healthy eating luxurious, joyful, and accessible.
Her work has been featured at events for celebrities like Danny Trejo and Teresa Giudice, and she’s now expanding into private chef experiences, wellness retreats, and developing an upcoming television concept that blends food, storytelling, and holistic living. Long term, Sara envisions launching a global nonprofit bringing fresh sourdough, produce, and sustainable food systems to communities in need — nourishing the world, one bite at a time.
