I've been using Mind Master almost daily for a year and a half and I notice that when I forget to add it to my routine, I am way more foggy, less focused, and overall have lower energy. The difference between this and coffee or matcha for me is HUGE. There are NO jitters, NO crash hours later, NO intense energy burst, just a slow, intentional clarity and focus throughout my day.
I do typically add this to whatever I'm already consuming, whether that's my yogurt bowl in the morning, a smoothie in the summer, or I tend to add a scoop to my morning matcha mix to supercharge it.
