Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by [Your Company Name] ("Company", "we", or "us"). By signing up or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

 

1. Eligibility

To join our Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media platform.

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

 

 

2. Commissions

  • You will receive a 20% commission for each sale generated through your unique affiliate link.

  • Commissions are only paid on completed purchases (not refunded or canceled).

  • Commissions will be paid monthly, typically within 30 days of the end of the month in which the sale occurred.

  • A $5 discount code for your customers will be generated.

 

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for promoting our products/services ethically and truthfully.

  • You may not make any false or misleading claims about our offerings.

  • You must not use spam, misleading ads, or illegal tactics to generate traffic or sales.

  • You may not bid on our branded keywords in paid search campaigns.

 

4. Affiliate Link Usage

  • You will receive a unique referral link to use on your website, emails, or social media.

  • The link must not be modified and must accurately represent our brand.

  • We are not responsible for tracking sales if you do not use the proper link.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

  • No cookie stuffing or misleading redirects.

  • No impersonation of the Company.

  • No promotion on websites that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. You may also leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

 

7. Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Affiliate and the Company. You act as an independent contractor.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from this Agreement or your participation in the Program.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
